I am a career changer having found horticulture in my early 20s; I decided to retrain and gain as much knowledge and experience as possible to give me the best start in the industry. I gained both the RHS level 2 and 3 diplomas at Capel Manor and went on to gain qualifications in garden design. I have been fortunate enough to have worked in multiple sectors of the industry and currently residing as a horticultural lecturer at Pershore College and volunteer my time as the Garden Design coordinator for the Young People in Horticulture Association.
