After eleven years advising London Mayor Ken Livingston and Boris Johnson on Planning and Urban Design matters, I moved to run a development company and currently I am Managing Director of Barking Riverside, which is one of the largest development sites in Europe, located on the banks of the River Thames in East London, with plans for 20,000 new homes, open spaces, parks, schools and a commercial centre. I have a strong interest in the outdoors, open spaces and the link between the built and natural environment. In particular I am interested in making the most of both and how to design spaces and buildings in harmony. I trained in town & country planning and have an MSC in Urban Planning Environmental Design.
